Emotional Eater

Hello everyone,

     My name is Holly. I am an armywife and mother of 4. My two youngest are 2 month old twins. I am an emotional eater and this year has really brought on major changes to my entire families life.

Welcome!!  My first tip would be to make a list of things you can do instead of eat.  If you see it instead of food when you are stressed it might help you avoid the food.  Good luck!
