One step forward, two steps back... I'm sorry this is long. Just needed to get this out there.

Sometimes I just really suck! I let temptation defeat me this weekend...and this morning =/

We had such an amazing week last week. Our anniversary, paying off the car, and we ended saving up enough to be able to just pay off our furniture. It was such an amazing feeling. We went out to celebrate.

We took the girls on our normal Saturday outing to Disney. First we went to Magic Kingdom. We hardly ever buy anything when we go. I always pack our own waters and snacks and lunch. Well, we decided to treat the girls this time around. So we bought Chloe some confetti popcorn and Hailey wanted some jelly beans...Yes, I ate some of both!! More than I should have, especially the confetti popcorn...That stuff is SO GOOD! Then it was lunch/ early dinner time and everyone was hungry. So we left and went to T-Rex at Downtown Disney where I had some of the chips and cheese dip along with some kind of shrimp and artichoke dip. Then for my meal I had their fish tacos. It came with some black beans, rice and two tacos. I ate only one taco, ate most of the beans and ate all of the rice. The only healthy thing I had during our meal was my WATER!! Geeze I felt awful!!! After we headed over to Epcot. If I hadn't been so full from T-Rex I would have given in to some pastries there, but I didn't get anything from there. 

Sunday wasn't any better. Chloe and I went grocery shopping. I bought my normal stuff that I would normally buy. No big dea, but then they had those hostess donuts on sale B1G1 free. So I bought them for the girls. (I do not buy those often they just happen to be on sale and Chloe wanted some so I bought them). Well we came home and I ended up eating a few of the donuts myself. It had been so long since I have had any and I couldn't help myself. Then for dinner I made chicken tacos with rice. Normally I would be good with 1 tacos and a little rice, but NO I had to have 3!! Granted they were filled with more veggies then chicken, but still. 

And today all I have eaten are those freakin donuts!! I can't seem to stay away from them. I'm never buying those dang donuts again...sorry kiddos!!

And to top it all off...I didn't track any of it on MFP, because I didn't even think to. (Ok, so I have been in some kind of denial). I've been keeping myself busy all morning by doing some deep cleaning. Right now I am just taking a break to do some kind of confessional. I have let myself down big time! 

I have not weighed myself and DO NOT plan on weighing myself. I'm glad my next official weigh in is not until March 10th. This will give me plenty of time to kick myself over and over again and push myself back into healthy mode! I know I can do this.

I did that kind of stuff a lot more in the beginning, and I still do it now but less often.  And it's ok. Just remember all of the GOOD weekends you'll have for the rest of the year.  If a few of them aren't so great, that's ok!

Know the feeling. When out with hubby and had blue corn chicken enchiladas, green chile rice, charro beans, strawberry margarita, box of junior mints at the movies. Then Sunday continued the bad eating. I am still feeling it today. So bloated and blah. I'm not weighing either until the end of the week. I'm hoping lots of water will help. Good luck!

tahhaa AF is still here and ive been eating cake,ice cream, lots of yummy unhealthy things!!!!!

I know how you feel...I have let crap get to me all weekend too. I did track and stayed within my calorie goal but it was still not all good and def high in sodium lol.

You are not alone :)  I had pizza on friday and then saturday I had 2 donuts and dinner at olive garden....while I tracked and only went over a tad, I still felt pretty bad!  I weighed this morning to check the damange and I'm only up .5, thank goodness!!  Hopefully, getting back on track the rest of the week things will be better come friday!

You guys are making me feel better! I thought I was going to be alone on this one! Good thing our celebrations are over with until DD's birthday in April. Now I wont have any excuses!!

We all have those weekends, I gained 1.5 pounds from eating homemade bread and homemade banana muffins, good grief, carbs hate me, even healthy ones some days. 

it sounds like you did lots of walking, good job on resisting temptation to weigh yourself!

Looks like the problem you have is one that all of us seem to have.

But yours is NOTHING compaired to mine... I wish I only ate some candy and popcorn every once in a while. I will binge it 3pints of ice cream throughout the day. I will bake a whole batch of cookies at 10pm just so I can eat a dozen myself. (This includes all types of sweets). I will eat everything on my plate AND DH's plate. It sucks, I work out SOOO hard. But see NO results or have to keep losing because I eat like crazy. If I could just get a handle on it things would be so much better. It is so depressing. Grrr!

PS - donuts are the devil. You can't only just have one ;D
