Do you eat...

back the calories you burned during a workout? I hear so many people do it differently, some do and some dont, so I was just curious.

When i was able to workout i would eat 25-50% of them. If i didnt i felt like i was starving.

I eat some of them.  I don't suppose I aim to eat them or not aim to eat them, but I know that the hour after working out is the best time to nourish your body.

Depends on my caloric intake for the day ... When I am actively dieting my intake is a recommended 1,200 ... that is also the recommended absolute minimum. So if I eat 1,200 and then burn off 200, I try to eat another 200 to get back to 1,200 calories.

Usually I aim to eat 1500-1600 whether I exercise or not. :-)

I try to eat my BMR after deducting the calories burned...

I stay with in my bmr range. So usually yes but only til my high range.

Not all the time. If I work out more then usual I tend to eat a little more, But not even 50% of them back
