Well, if all goes according to plan, I have a 2.5 mile run as well as an hour of Turbo Jam...should be interesting since I have so much to do today..I'm waiting on Karli to finish eating and then we will be running crazy....

I have day 8 of the 30 day shred to do today. I need to get my butt op and work out everyday. It's only 20 min! I have been taking too many off days.

I have a ton of running around to do, so the best I a hoping for is a 1.5 mile jog pushing the doubke jogging strolle.

Going to gym after i pick up my daughter from school cause she dont like when i take the other two and not her. apparently that gym day care is pretty awsome to her lol. Then back again tonight for the zumba class.

40/60 minutes of Turbo Jam Full Body Sculpt. (According to HRM-10% of average I burned 273 calories w00t!)
Trying to decide whether I want to do Turbo Jam Cardio Party or not. Maybe later in the day if I am feeling more ambitious. I have so much cleaning to do... That will burn some calories, right? ;)

Well, my workout is most likely not going to happen now...grrrr... I had to take Karli to the ped this morning and now I have to take DH to the doctor in a little while, pick Lilly up from school and then go get Heath from the doctor. His truck is on the fritz and he doesn't want to drive it until he can get it looked at after we are home from the cruise in a week. Then, it is home for homework and then Karate at 5:30, then dinner, and bedtime....geez....it takes so little to throw off my whole day.
