yay or nay on these dresses???? OT

First wedding i'm going to is a afternoon/evening one, no kids allowed, with black and white colors, at the end of may. And the bride and groom are my age. 

here's what i've got picked out for that one (don't mind the bra straps haha). 

The second wedding is in june, bright colors, kids welcome.....the groom is actually my younger brother :D So are these dresses ok for these weddings? Or do i look horrible in them?

Haha honestly, my first reaction when I saw the first one was, oh! nice! then I saw the second one and I was like oh no, I can't make up my mind! they're both nice! But now that I read more thoroughly and see you're wearing both to two separate occasions I'm satisfied.  You look great in both. :D

oh phew! it took forever to find a bright, summer dress that WASN'T strapless or waaaaay too short.
