Just need a little support....

I got on the scale this morning and am up 2lbs :(. I got sick back in January and lost 7lbs. I went from 143-136. After rehydrating myself I went back up to like 139 then 140 and was able to maintain between 140-141 well now I'm back up to 143. I feel like a complete failure...I'm doing insanity 6 nights a week but have been eating crappy since Friday :(. When it gets to this point I just want to take extreme measures and starve myself or pop laxatives or something to see the scale go down...I could seriously use some support from it. I'm not sure if its bathroom issues b/c my fiber hasn't been where it should be and like I said I'm eating like crap. I know I'm supposed to start in a week so maybe water retention? I'm seeing no results from insanity and month one is almost over. I feel my endurance building but thats about it. I just figured with all the sweat I would see a pound or two difference on the scale for now :/. UGH! I'm such a self sabatager. I'm eating either the low or middle of my BMR and like one day a week the high end I think I went over once this weekend but thats it...I guess i just don't understand ...

I gained over the holidays and I need to stop ASAP! I would work out by I hurt my toe! Lol hang in there and keep it up

Big hugs, mama. You said you've been eating like crap- that may be the culprit. I know I've put on a few of what I had lost last month in the past week (no idea how). Weigh loss isn't always a steady thing- it will fluctuate from time to time. Have you taken any measurements since you started Insanity? The scale may not be saying much, but the measurements might. I'm glad you're NOT resorting to those measures. Your health is much more important, and YOU are too valuable for that!! The scale will go up occasionally, but as long as the overall picture is in the right direction, try not to stress out too much about it. Cut yourself a little slack, hun! Try eating what you know you should be, including the fiber, and drinking plenty of water. You can do this!!

Hugs to you  mama!  You can do this!  Don't give up!  Focus more on your eating...clean and healthy food!  Watch the sodium...that can be a big part of weight gain or inability to lose it.  Give yourself a break and give yourself time with Insanity!  Are you taking measurements...I bet you've lose inches with Insanity...I know I have!  KEEP at it mama!

just never give up! were here for you, I know I have alot of issues and feel like I should just quit but I refuse to give up! goodluck

Sorry you hurt your toe :/. That has to suck. I hope you are able to lose what you have gained as well when you are able to workout again.

No I never measure in the same place twice so it wouldn't be accurate....I'm sure it is all the crap :/. This weight loss thing is hard. I have proved I can maintain I have been on a plateau since last March. I'm hoping month two of Insanity shows something. Oh and my clothes aren't fitting any different either.

Track ur inches.

Your eating could be what's wrong even if ur in ur calorie range. If its crap food u could be retaining water.
