Valentines day, blew it..

Well yesterday I started off making my 2 yr old DS some lucky charm cereal, well once I made it he didn't want it so I ate it.. (it was sooo good!) but I ended up throwing away the whole box, kids didn't like it, but I do so that's bad lol his bowl of it was not a lot but still the first time in almost 2 weeks having sugar.

Then for lunch I ate a bologna sandwich, was whole wheat bread but had mayo on it and again first time to have bread in almost 2 weeks..

For dinner we went out to eat and I had all you can eat salad bar did good until I ate potato salad, and had a grown up drink for dessert..

I had to go to work at midnight and now feel horrible, my stomach has been hurting all night, I'm done with eating junk! I felt awesome after not eating anything but meat, veggies and bananas. Looks like its time to starts all over :) 

I want my old clothes to fit again and to feel good about myself and my health also! 5 minutes of good tasting food is not worth 365 days of not loving myself.. sad but true

Ohh the stomach ache! I hate when I fall off the wagon of no sugar.

Don't beat yourself up. Everyone has back sliding days. Your diet isn't ruined. You just took a different path yesterday.

It's a whole new day!

It's okay mama!  One day isn't going to hurt anything...at least now you see how much better you feel when you eat good!  You can do this!

I've been there!!! It's not worth the stomach pains but it tastes sooooo good in the moment. Actually, sometimes it doesn't even taste that good but, you eat it anyway. (like a MCD hamburger after not having fast food for a while-YUCK!) DON'T GIVE UP!:)))))

Thats ok mama now you know not to overdo it the next time. Just don't deprive yourself of what you want to eat like potato salad just have small portion of the foods. You didn't ruin anything!! It's good to have one day a week to indulge a little that way you don't go overboard and have stomach aches. You're doing good just keep your head up!! :-)

One day is not going to completely derail you. We are our worst critics so keep that in mind. Do not beat yourself up over indulging. So you ate Lucky Charms, potato salad, bread, and such...it is NOT the end of the world.

It is entirely possible to jump back on the train and be healthy! You can do this!

You think you were bad! Dh and I got into it yesterday and I went into total depression mood and when that happens I just don't care and I EAT! I had been good all morning until that happened and then I left work early, stuffed my face with a footlong sub from subway washed down with a Mountain Dew.  Then DH wanted to make up for the fight so he got me chinese which NEVER happens. I didn't eat much but my tummy was killing me and of course the scale went back up a 1lb this morning.  I know I can get back on track but I really hate days like that.

Just get back on track today. Its not the worst thing ever. Sometimes our bodies just need an extra calorie here and there. Its a healthy life style change so you can learn from this. Hugs!

Sometimes we need these lessons, mama.  Remember how you feel emotionally and physically when you want to eat junk food.  Don't beat yourself up- we ALL fall off the wagon.  You'll be fine in the long run!  Just keep moving forward!
