I need to track my food again!!! I've been trying to track my food to get rid of these last 10 but, midday it's like I give up. Today I'm not going to give up! It's just been hard not being able to walk or work out out like usual(hurt toe/foot). That's what really helped
me refocus.BUT.... Today is a new day!!!

May I suggest writing out everything you are going to eat throughout the day in the morning? I find it easier to track that way I don't even have to add anything throughout the day.
