I made fruit smoothies with almond milk, yogurt, banana,strawberries , peaches , a tsbp of peanut butter and chopped up spinach!!

I had multi-grain cheerios w/ soy milk and some grapes and strawberries.

I had cup of coffee, 1 serving of cereal and milk and yogurt. I don't have any lite/diet foods in the house so I had to go with crunchy Os, whole milk and greek yogurt. All together 300 calories
