Hit the gym at 4:30 his morning!! Lifted weights and did 4miles.

Gym day today. 60 min barre pilates + 30 min 5.6 MPH on the mill.

Did my slim in 6. In about an hour I will be walking to DD's school to pick her up. That's 3.8 miles there and back!
I walked for 70 minutes. My knee is hurting me so bad that I could not run on it. :-( I scheduled an appointment for a physical next Wednesday. I will get it checked out then.

I barely got through the 30 day shred bc Henry is sick. I'm gonna try to do Pilates later.
