I'm 25 and just 5lbs short of 300lbs. I have high blood pressure and high cholesteral and I have literally no energy. Every time I think about taking something like a B6 or B12 my glands sweel so bad on my neck. I was told in 2010 I don't have any thyroid issues. I just want to know does anyone else go threw this? having no energy? I want to get up early and make it consistant but allot of times it doesn't happen. I'm off to bed since last night I could not sleep and I've been up over 24hrs. I started turning on my alarm clock and watching what I'm eating and tomorrow I'll start walking the block to kinda help me out. I'm putting my application for the YMCA membership in tomorrow as well. I can't wait to start going and taking my little monsters. They will love the play areas.

You've just got to suck it up and do it!! Getting started is the hardest part. I'm sure a lot of the reason you don't have energy is because your over weight? :( Just take baby steps! Drink your water, count your calories and set mini goals (go for a walk 3-5 times a week) good luck momma!!! If you need some help/support i'm always here.

Ciara is right!

In many cases, getting started is the hardest part for most people. Once you get started, it will much easier to continue.

What does your diet look like? The foods we eat also play a huge part in our energy levels. Focus on lean proteins, whole grains, tons of produce and low fat dairy. Also, take your weight and divide by 2- this is how many oz of water you should drink daily.

You should start to see a difference in how you feel once you begin working out. Takng walks will also help and is a great way to get started with exercise.

Good luck! You CAN do this!

The first step is the hardest and I find that after I get into a routine it helps me so much more.  When I exercise I sleep better and I feel better.

Best of luck to you!  The Y was a wonderful place for my kids when they were younger and still to this day!

I noticed that I was feeling so tired all the time, and I knew it was my horrible food choices. I started eating much healthier and exercising a week and a half ago, and I already feel so much better. I have so much more energy. At the end of the day, I am ready for bed though. I am sleeping better also. Good luck to you on your journey!
