Jillian michaels is hard core! I was doing her shred video for awhile. She kicked my butt!! I wanted to die the whole time lol!

So proud of me today! I actually got my lazy butt outta bed & worked put! Did Leslie Sansone 5 Bog Miles DVD -miles 3 & 4. I found that I can get in 2 miles in the mornongs, shower, get me n ds ready, drop him at sitters then make it to work on time, sometimes a lil early

Ong I have BL last chance workout and I couldn't walk right for a week looked all frankenstein like lol kudos to you!

I want to go walking so bad today, but have decided that I better rest. I hurt my knee on Monday. I went for a walk yesterday and tried to run, but I was unable to due to the pain. I still walked for 70 minutes. Since then, everytime I try to walk, it is incredibly painful. I don't know if trying to work through the pain would be better or if I need to rest.
