None here....I'm at 142 when i was 140 friday :/....and I'm trying my hardest to get to like 135....Im telling myself not to focus so much on the weight loss but to just do the best I can to get into my "goal" pants so if I stay the same and tone up I won't complain so much ;) maybe put the scale up for a bit and just relax stressing induces hormones in our bodies that cause us to hold on to fat cells and can actually make us gain weight.....
How's you water intake? What kinds of foods are you eating? What kinds of exercise are you doing? Have you changed it up at all?
Are you being strict enough with numbers? Meaning, even if you work out for an hour, and you burn 300 calories, are you subtracting the time you worked out? When in reality you only burned 240? Also, are you using a HRM or body bugg to make sure you are actually burning what you are recording on MFP? (I suggest getting a scale as well to make sure you are measuring your food right) When you hit a plaetue it is time to get to the nitty gritty. I am currently at 106 and was at 109 a few weeks ago so I know it is going to drop, very steady, because I am also building muscle.
And on that note, I may never go below 106 for that very reason! Muscle! Like the saying goes, the scale isn't everything. If you are building muscle, you aren't going to continue seeing numbers drop. BUT it takes a while to build muscle, so that is why people see an immediete drop and then slow down if you are toning.
One last thing! Are you eating too little? It can cause you to bloat. This number is different for everyone, but the suggested net calories is 1200 a day, you may go over but NEVER under.
Maybe I have a bias here, but I think you look freaking amazing. I don't think the number should be so important when you already look so great.
I'm honestly beginning to wonder if I'm being a bit too hard on myself or maybe unrealistic? I have a very hectic life and maybe now isn't the best time to strive to be in the best shape of my life ya know? Blah blah blah it's just one of those days I guess

Hmmstrange. Well sometimes you just hit these road bumps, but stay positive and you will make it through! All I can suggest is say don't eat too little. (I know I said it before but it is important) Sodium could be the culprit... I know on days I eat a lot of sodium I gain a pound (or a few if its A LOT). Have you thought of trying a new diet plan? I have a friend who hit a plateau and started the Atkins diet and lost her last 10lbs. She swears by it. I have not tried it, but it is a suggestion!

Definitely not eating too little. I'm wondering if I'm going over everyday because I'm not counting my calories accurately. I don't usually eat back what mfp says I burn. I just eat if I feel extra hungry. I'm eating about 1500 a day so I know I'm getting plenty. I keep thinking its that I'm not eating clean enough. I still cheat quite often. I have tried to cut out most processed foods but I think I'm still eatin way to much sugar and sodium? I should get more serious about what I'm putting in my body I guess.
I totally agree!

How much water are you drinking? Do you drink soda, especially diet soda? How much do you exercise? Do you eat back your exercise calories, especially if you have exercised hard or several days in a row. Do you get enough sleep? Too much stress? Just things to ask yourself and see if any of them apply and could be the issue.
