Turbo Jam came today!!!!

 I am so happy it is finally here!! But so sad cuz I can't start until March 1st due to the fast we are still on! Guess it gives me plenty of time to read over everything, get my shopping list in order and review the videos!!!!

For those of you who have done Turbo Jam....... did you do the Turbo Slim 10 Day Kick start? Does it make that much of a differance if you do it?

I am doing Turbo jam now. I do the Punch, kick and jam one day, next day Turbo sculpt, then the next day Cardio party. Its a tough workout and you sweat like crazy but its so worth it. I dont get all the moves yet. Just always keep moving and punching and you will see results. I started my weight loss journey exactly one month ago today and I am down 15 pounds thanks to eating healthy, water, and TURBO JAM!!!!

Yay!!! I was wondering when you were gonna get yours. I got mine on Monday so I've already started. I didn't get the whole kit, just the DVDs because I found them used for super cheap. I have only done the 20 minute workout and cardio party so far. Next week I'm adding in ab jam lol.. It's really a lot of fun.

I have not done the 10 day slim plan.
I have one of the older Turbo Jams (TJ cardio party 1, 20 minute workout, full body blast) and without doing the "slim plan" I have seen a result. Turbo Jam used to be my main source of cardio before I got gym membership. Now I only do it weekends and tues, thurs (days I am not at the gym). It has given me great results as far as cardio goes and has built my endurance. When I first started it burned about 315 calories (during cardio party) and now that I am able to keep my heart rate up I burn nearly 450 calories (172 average HR)! It is a great form of cardio, so if you keep up with it, you will def see results! I also like the body sculp 60min work out (cardio intervals + muscle toning) with the big blue ball. Awesome burn! I have a friend who has lost nearly 30lbs and her only form of cardio IS turbo jam!

I started week 4 this week, but since I am now at my mom's and leaving for a cruise tomorrow morning it is now on hold until I return. This is my second full round though. I do not do the 10 day plan, I just like I normally do and follow the advanced schedule for 2 months. My fave is Cardio Party. It is so much fun! I LOVE Ab Jam...it is so much better than Ab Ripper X from P90X and I actually like it better than Cardio Abs from Insanity, which is bizarre considering I'm an Insanity freak.

Havent done the Turbo Jam, but I am expecting my Brazil Butt Lift in the mail today!! So glad you got that workout, good luck :)
