And not go nuts restricting what I eat... So far I am way under calories and I ate a chocolate chip cookie a soda and had a beer lol.. I stole one of my sons French fries and ate half a portion of scrambled egg....

I am also logging my activities to get a general idea of what I burn... And using that making a conscious effort to keep my butt moving
Hopefully it pays off!! Not sure how accurate mfp is.. But I guess I will know by next week if what I am doing is working...
At least so far, I don't feel deprived! :)

You need to be eatiing more food mama or you'll never lose weight! Especially if you're exercising...I can help you with your BMR if you'd like. I need your age, weight, height, and # of days you workout.

So like, I do squats while cooking, dance around with the kids, crunches watching tv etc... Hope that helps

MFP has you way too low to begin with.
BMR: 1541
Maintenance while lightly active ( 1-3 days per week): 1541*1.375=2118
To lose 1 lb per week: 2118-500=1618
Your ideal calorie range is 1541-1618 calories per day to lose 1 lb per week.
It is great that you are doing the things you are doing, but you need to actually commit to exercising if you want to lose weight and keep it off... and eating cookies and drinking beer is not going to get you there.
You should go into MFP and adjust your settings to reflect the numbers I just gave you and then commit to more exercise. Cardio and strength training combined will ramp up your fat loss and be very effective and efficient for you.
Focus on consuming lean proteins, tons of produce, whole grains, low fat dairy and 1/2 your body weight ( in oz) in water daily. That will help you drop weight.
Yeah mfp goes way under... My Guess was around 1500 cals
Started the day off with 2 eggs and green tea. Hopefully make calories... That soup is filling.. Serving size is 3 cups. I am lucky if I can eat 2
