Hi, just wondering if someone could calculate my BMR for me? Thanks in advance and just let me know what you need to know!

Claire normally does and she is on vacation. If Suzanne or Darby see this they might try. They will need your height, weight, age and # of days you exercise. If you don't get a response try back next week when Claire is back. Sorry!

Ok... I can do it in the am.. I need your age, height,weight and the number of days per week you workout. If I don't get to it by tomorrow evening the other girls will have to do it since. I am leaving the country for the week on Saturday.

Work out days per week: 4, minimum.

BMR = 1556

BMR while working out 1-3 days/week = 2139

To lose 1 pound per week = eat between 1556-1639 calories per day (so, eat between your BMR & 2139-500 = 1639)

BMR = 1735

BMR while working out 3-5 days/week = 2689

To lose one pound per week, you need to eat between 1735-2189 calories/day (eat between your BMR & 2689-500)

BMR: 1556

Maintenance while working out 1-3 days per week: 1556*1.375=2139

To lose 1 lb per week: 2139-500=1639

Your ideal calorie range while working out 1-3 days per week is 1556-1639 calories per day to lose 1 lb per week.
