Confused over nutrition facts

The girls and I went to california pizza kitchen today and I just went to look up the nutrition info. Now I knew that the two small slices of pepperoni where going to be about 350 cals but the only thing I couldn't find was the house salad. Now what I did find and thought that is what it was called was 400 some cals. It had 2 cups field greens .5 cups carrots .5 cup croutons which I only ate half of and then a no fat vinagret that was 109 cals so other than the croutons that number just doesn't add up. I figured it to be about 350 at the very most. I'm just annoyed they didn't have a cal count like most of the restaurants have out here.

Oh I know. I really need to stop going to restaurants. My boyfriend was in the area when I got out of class tonight so he offered to come pick me up (I usually have to take the bus, my school knocked down a huge parking garage so there is no parking there) and then he offered to take me out for dinner. I really wanted to spend a little time with him so I went... I tried looking up the nutrition information online and there is nothing. I really wish more restaurants would have that information available! I'm going to have to tell him to stop taking me out to eat lol.

A lot of restaurants here are required to post them on their menu but apparentally CPK is not one of them and I can't find what I'm looking for on their nutrition menu at all.  It's starting to tick me off because I am going to have to guess just to record it.

I have six locks on my door all in a row. When I go out, I lock every other one. I figure no matter how long somebody stands there picking the locks, they are always locking three.

I would have but I don't have internet on my phone and I didn't know that is where we were going today. :(  I think that the salad I had isn't even in the nutrition menu.

I wish restaurants would do that here.... I noticed that when I was in new york that all the restaurant menus had the number of calories by each menu item. That was before I was all calorie-conscious, though.

Ya. Its hard when you don't know where you'll be or if they don't have it.
S/o ordered pizza the other night from a mom and pop place they didn't have info so I just guessed and worked my Butt off the next day.

I'm hoping the girls are done coughing tomorrow so that I can work it off because I can't do anything while we are at home.  Plus side though even if I was really high I walked for a good 3 hours with a 25lb kid on my back so I most likely burned it off.  I just haven't entered it all on the bodybugg thing yet.

I'm in So Cal now and I am loving the fact that quite a few of them have the facts right there.  We didn't have that when we were in MN or VA.

Typically what's so high in calories in a salad is the dressing, cheese, nuts, and other toppings...the veggies themselves aren't high in calories at all!  Just estimate mama and you'll be fine:)

That's why I was confused there were no cheese or nut just some croutons which I didn't really eat and they had the salad dressing listed.  but on a side note I burned enough calories walking yesterday that even if it was the higher cal I was still in my amount that I should eat.
