This Week's Loss - 0.6 pounds
Total Lost - 15.2 pounds
I'm sort of disappointed at my weight this morning because I was 164.8 (1 pound less) yesterday morning, but that's okay...it comes with the territory of weighing yourself every day:) I'm a nerd like that! This just sets me up for a good loss next week and it's better than gaining! My goal is still to get to 145-150, and I KNOW that I can do this! It will be hard as I don't look like I weigh as much as I do as it's honestly mostly muscle, but I'm determined to get there! Good news is that my size 8 jeans are getting mega loose...that's a good sign right? LOL! Here's to a great week next week!

Well I can say I am very disappointed in this loss!! But tomorrow starts a new beginning in my weightloss/get healthy journey!! A personal trainer and a new diet, which I am super excited about!! Eating decent and running 3x a week just is not cutting it for me!! I will reach my goal weight for this challenge!!

Total loss : 10.1 pounds
I am super happy! I worked out 5 days this week and finally hit the 10 pounds for the challenge! I wish I had measured inches because my husband and mom have noticed a big difference there, I haven't. Next week AF should be here so my goal is to maintain, if I lose great but I am not going to be dissapointed if I don't.

My weekly goals and how I did on them this past week:
1. burn 2000 calories through exercise (this past week I did 2225!)
2. keep the crap snacks down (didn't do well with that this past week. We had food day at work and then junk was sitting around all week)
3. eat 1550 on average (last week 1512)
4. lose 0.6 or more lbs
This challenge goes until the end of April...you have plenty of time mama! You've done great...keep going!

This week~ ????
So let me explain.... I gained weight on both Thurs and Fri morning weigh ins... I am disapointed, frustrated and just down right pissed that I gained over a pound in the last 2 days, so I am not looking at the actual number and am not writing it down, LOL. I think my TOM is coming quite soon, I am terrible at keeping track. I did have a few Valentines candies and had spaghetti for supper on Wed for supper, which for some reason always makes me gain the next day even when I stay within my calories. I have eaten well this week, lots of fruits and vegies and good with water, although struggling to back into exercise after last weeks migrane. I know I can improve and I will get better, but really, to gain so much, I have lost less than 3 pounds since Jan 1st. On the plus side, my pants are getting loser so I am close to getting down to a size 10.
I am NOT giving up or giving in, I will reach my goal. I love you all, your are so supportive and this group is full of information to help so many people.
