depends on your build... i am 5'4, naturally thin, with slightly larger hips and thighs. my goal is 125-130.
There are a ton of ways to factor it. Your body type is certainly a factor (which is why there's a range, and even those don't factor in all body types). In general, anywhere from about 110-140 would be about right. Very vague, I know, but again, this is accounting for most body types. You can decide what's healthy for you.
I'm 5'4", and I have a very muscular build. My UGW is 134 (will have lost 135 lbs by then, so I will be half the woman I used to be!), which is barely within my "healthy" range. The thinnest I've ever seen myself is 162 (I had been about 170, but I was violently ill for about 2 weeks), and I was pretty thin and very defined at that weight.
