What is a healthy weight for me? I am 5'5" and 23 years old... I've never really known what a healthy weight would be for me and I was just hoping someone would know or would know where to direct ... Thank you

According to the calculator on self.com, your healthy weight range is between 111 and 150 pounds.

There are a ton of ways to factor it.  Your body type is certainly a factor (which is why there's a range, and even those don't factor in all body types).  In general, anywhere from about 110-140 would be about right.  Very vague, I know, but again, this is accounting for most body types.  You can decide what's healthy for you.

I'm 5'4", and I have a very muscular build.  My UGW is 134 (will have lost 135 lbs by then, so I will be half the woman I used to be!), which is barely within my "healthy" range.  The thinnest I've ever seen myself is 162 (I had been about 170, but I was violently ill for about 2 weeks), and I was pretty thin and very defined at that weight.
