BMR is Basal Metabolic Rate. This is the number of calories your body needs to function and be inactive-think digestion, blood flow and organ functions. Once you add in activity, you have to consume more to offset that activity. If you eat too little, your body will burn lean muscle mass instead which comes from your heart, liver, lungs and brain.
I can do it for you... I need your age, height, weight and how many days per week you workout. Now, if I don't see this before tomorrow, either Darby or Suzanne will do it for you. I am leaving to go on a cruise in the morning and will be gone until next Saturday. I will be on and off today since we are currently with my mom and ILs at their homes in FL.

BMR: 1605
Maintenance while working out 3-5 days per week ( 6 day formula is for athletes): 1605*1.55=2487
To lose 1 lb per week: 2487-500=1987
Your ideal calorie range is 1605-1987 calories per day to lose 1 lb per week.

I think i maybe consume about 900-1000 calories a day and my calorie burning is on and off...bc i do over an hour of yoga, but sometimes i run for half an hour. i'm 5'1 and I think around 115 now...I used to be 110 lbs...boo! lol
You are in starvation mode if you are consuming 900-1000 calories and then working out. That means you are actually consuming roughly 500-600 calories per day. You need to findout your BMR and eat more. Your body is storing fat and burning lean muscle mass.
You're not eating enough. Your body is probably in starvation mode, where it's holding onto fat. Have Claire do your BMR for you as well, because you want to make sure you're eating enough calories to prevent this.
