Start small. You don't have to tackle a marathon, but getting 10 minutes a day in is better than sitting on the couch all day!

I originally started by cutting back on soda one can at a time and replacing it with a bottle of water, now I hardly ever have soda and actually the carbonation hurts my tummy!! Also I started drinking a meal replacement shake in the morning since I am one of those people who doesn't like to eat early.
I've been eating better and trying to keep moving. Less sitting and more exercise.
Yep, I agree with Suzanne...start out small and work your way up!
All great steps to attain Great health Ladies - I keep telling myself keep moving each step is a step towards my goals!!! We all deserve this:
