What does Healthy mean to you???

Just curious.  There have been a lot of new ladies and I'm just wondering.

For me, healthy means: eating my correct number of calories per day (or as close to it as I can), exercising 4-5 times per week, drinking plenty of water, and making sure my food choices are good ones (sometimes I fail, but I try).  Doing all this results in about a 1.5-2 pound loss per week, which I'm good with.

To me it means having a strong, fit body, have my blood work, BP, RH, all good and feel the same way on the inside. Having reduced stress and a clean diet.

For me, calories and calorie counting are much less important than exactly what I'm eating.  Healthy is what you put in your mouth.  Imo, healthy is plant based with very little animal based food.  It's also important to be active, for most people that means working out.
