Just curious. There have been a lot of new ladies and I'm just wondering.
For me, healthy means: eating my correct number of calories per day (or as close to it as I can), exercising 4-5 times per week, drinking plenty of water, and making sure my food choices are good ones (sometimes I fail, but I try). Doing all this results in about a 1.5-2 pound loss per week, which I'm good with.
to me i just ant a decent weight range and decent blood pressure. and to not have such issues breathing. I want to be able to play with my kids and not get tired quickly
eating enough to get the nutrients my body needs, not over-eating, eating more veggies and fruits.
being physically active
For me, calories and calorie counting are much less important than exactly what I'm eating. Healthy is what you put in your mouth. Imo, healthy is plant based with very little animal based food. It's also important to be active, for most people that means working out.
