That is probably the weirdest title you girls have ever read, I feel like I need to go confess after typing that LOL

ANYWAYS, I just bought a new sports bra yesterday, without trying it on because I'm a dummy obviously! Just went to put it on and the elastiac band does not touch my skin because my boobs push it out... so I'm assuming that means that the cup part of it is too small?????? Is that right?

I was also wondering how bad it is if I worked out in a normal bra instead of a sports bra

I actually work out with a normal bra and a sports bra ontop of it.  I haven't found a sports bra that keeps the girls in place and this method seems to be working great.

Umm its not the worst thing for a few workouts. Its more for your comfort then anything. Ps- not the weirdest title on here :) its all good!

That's what it sounds like to me.

Mine are a small, but I have to readjust them and wear two in order to workout. I would do a med but it's not the right size at the bottom. (best of an uncomfortable situation) my real issue is that my girls are getting bigger in the cup but smaller around the frame. So, starting out I was a 38little bigger C cup and now I'm a 34 DD almost a DDD. It's CRAZY!

As for the real bra, it works for some, but for me it's very uncomfortable.

I do this! I'm a natural 34 J and EVERYTHING is secure!

I almost always work out in a regular underwire bra because i simply don't want to spend the money on sports bras.  I used to have DDs, now i have Ds.  ;)

this is what I do...although it pushes my boobs so much that it looks like I have none, but hey at least they're not all over the place lol.

Sometimes, I really want a reduction!

I'm an H cup. I wear an underwire bra, and 2-3 sports bras.

If you have insurance and back problems that you think are from your boobs, most insurance companies will cover a reduction
