Claire :) BMR help please

I am 5'5, 22yrs, 183.6 lbs, and I do about 30 minutes of low impact exercise like zumba 3 times a week.I also add 500 cals for breastfeeding full time my 5 month old.

I redid my BMR on myfitnesspal.com as I had lost quite a bit since I last did it. They gave me a goal of 1597 per day, but I am not exactly confident in them and dont want to ruin my breastfeeding.  Would you do mine for me please?

BMR: 1655+500 ( Bfing)=2155

Maintenance while working out 3-5 days per week: 2155*1.55=3340

To lose 1 lb per week: 3340-500=2840

Your ideal calorie range is 2155-2840 calories per day while BFing and working out 3-5 days per week.
