Need some help

I need help calculating correct BMR. I have tried several sites and keep getting different numbers. I am 36, 5'2 and 158 lbs. I've been doing 25 minutes a day of strength/cardio mix for 4-5 days a week. I have been eating between 1200-1400 calories a day with this exercise program for 3 weeks and am not getting any results. Hoping someone can give me a little direction, starting with the correct amount of calories.

BMR: 1464

Maintenance while working out 3-5 days per week: 1464*1.55=2269

To lose 1 lb per week: 2269-500=1769 

Your ideal calorie range is 1464-1769 calories per day to lose 1 lb per week. 

Increase your calories and it should help!

Thank you, seems after I turned 35 its getting so much harder to burn fat off, guess ive been scared of eating more calories
