Got me some light weights yesterday........

So I can offically start working out tomorrow. I won't be on any diet or pills or anything but I will up my water intake and I will watch what I eat and start portion control. I will eat more fruits and vegetables, less sweets and sugars, more nuts, less juices......etc, I have alot to work on but I know I can do it, I did it before granted I failed before but I did it, I just need to stick to it this time. Pics in a few, will be in replies though.

yay congrats to you.  I have 2 ound weights and 5 pound weights.  I used to use them while on the treadmill.  I started today with some arm exercises hoping to tone my arms.
