Can someone please redo my BMR? I've lost 9.2 lbs since last time.

I work out 6 days per week.

BMR: 1639

Maintenance while working out 6 days per week: 1639*1.725=2827

To lose 1 lb per week: 2827-500=2327

Your ideal calorie range is 1639-2327 calories per day to lose 1 lb per week.
