Starting to get back in the swing of things after baby. I hope i remember what all is needed.

Age: 25
Weight: 205
Height: 5'7"
Walking 60 minutes a day, 3-6 days a week

It is the most accurate site out there for calculating BMR actually. It is the one I've been using in this group to do BMR for people for years. :-)

BMR: 1744

Maintenance while working out 3-5 days per week: 1744*1.55=2703

To lose 1 lb per week: 2703-500=2203 

Your ideal calorie range is 1744-2203 calories per day to lose 1 lb per week.

Thanks, i forgot to mention that im also currently exclusively pumping but working on getting my 5 week old exclusively to the breast. (Dealing with a mouse problem, even thought i already posted this). Since im already eating 2000 should i add the extra 500 straight in or gradually add it in?

I would add it right in to make sure you're eating enough to support your milk supply.  Good luck mama!
