Monday - Insanity & 3-4 mile run

Tuesday - Insanity & 6-8 mile run

Wednesday - Insanity & 5-6 mile run

Thursday - 10 mile run (hopefully...that's the plan)

Friday - Insanity 

Saturday - Insanity & 5-6 mile run

Monday- Week8 Day1 run 200(atleast) each jumping jacks and crunches

Tuesday- Session with personal trainer 400(at least) plie squats, 200(atleast) jumping jacks and crunches

Wednesday-Week8 Day2 run 200(atleast) each jumping jacks and crunches

Thursday-Session with personal trainer 400(at least) plie squats, 200(atleast) jumping jacks and crunches

Friday-Week8 Day3 run 200(atleast) each jumping jacks and crunches

Saturday-Session with personal trainer 400(at least) plie squats, 200(atleast) jumping jacks and crunches

Sinday-Rest

Make sure to get all my eats in everyday and keep up my water intake!!

Workout 5 days a week. (i've been a slacker...) Drink more water and make better dinner choices... I'll do good ALL day until dinner. ugh.

Af is here and wearing me out :(
So my goal is focus on calorie intake
Half my body weight in oz of water
The shred 7x a week
Pliates 6x a week
Cardio 3 x (this maybe light cardio) a week

1. Eat 1500-1600 per day
2. 6 days of exercise w Jillian, 250+ minutes
3. Go rollerblading once or twice if the weather cooperates
