Talk to me about Fitbit and MFP

I'm sure on MFP they are tired of my dumb questions, so I'm going to ask you guys LOL


So doing my day to day stuff if shows I'm burning calories, than it makes an adjustment to my log on MFP, should I eat those calories (say during the day I burn 2000 calories, it gives me 200 on MFP)

Do you start your FB before your workouts or do you just wear it and forget it all day and whatever the FB changes on your log eat it?


I've only have my FB for a week now, and I'm still trying to figure it out LOL

It's a little thing that tells you calories burned during a workout, how well your sleep paterns are, how many steps you take ect

Lol I'd probably ask in mfp. Idk if anyone here has a fitbit :)

I wear mine all day but dont use it for much more the steps taken and calories burned

I would guess that you need to wear it all day long, but I'm not completely sure to be honest!  Good luck!
