Okay, I done Zumba, but it's not an option. Would ballroom dancing fast, be roughly the same?

Ave the same problem with MFP in that some activities aren't listed. There is another calorie counter app that I use in addition to MFP because it has more exercise options. It's called My Calorie Counter - you might want to use that app in addition to MFP. Good luck! :)

I'm not too familiar with MFP, but I would probably use light aerobics or something along those lines as you don't want to short change yourself with the calories burned!

I just read that zumba CAN burn up to 1000 calories per workout. But not knowing the specifics on how they calculated that I don't know what you should use!

I just used the fast dancing and in 10 mins it was 84 cals. That seems high, but it'll do until I can buy a HRM. :)
