30 Day Shred

I would like to hear from anyone doing this workout. If you've had results or how much you've lost. My biggest problem area is my arms, I have a lot of arm fat and I'm hoping this workout will help with toning them down. Also, if anyone has any suggestions on how to get my arms leaner quicker I'd love to hear them

It will definitely help with your arms. I did it 3 times a week and walked 5 times a week. I lost about 20 lbs in 3 months :)

**you will probably lose more if you are doing it everyday!

I'm loving it so far! I'm on day 7. It kicks my butt. I have seen results already. It will deffinatly help your arms.

I did it after my first baby and it was awesome. I don't specifically remember what it did for my arms, but I know it worked wonders on my butt and tummy! If I was more motivated I'd be doing it now to get into shape for summer...

I have that one and the 6 pack workout, going to try to get through all three by summer, yikes!

This is my plan. I'm just finishing up The Shred and I'm going to get Ripped in 30 next. I'd like to get Six Week Six pack too :)

OP, I love The Shred!! I've lost 20 lbs (been doing it more than a month) and gained some real muscle :)
