What is the duration of one workout? Also, do you have to do it everyday? Or like five times a week? Or what? Lol I'm supposed to start tomorrow, but I'm sooo scurred. And if I'm up super latedoing homework, I don't know if I'll be able to wake up super early to work out

Its about 20 minutes long. You are supposed to do it everyday, but I did it 3 times a week and still lost weight and saw improvement.

20-30 minutes, depending on the level. I did it daily, I lost weight and toned a bit. Love it!

Its 27 mins long. I have done it everyday! 10 days on lvl 1 , 10 days on lvl 2 and 10 days on 3. I'm loving it! Best thing I ever did!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE the shred!!!! I've been doing it more than 30 days because I didn't feel ready to move up every ten days. I've lost 20 lbs and have gained some REAL muscle!!! It's awesome :)
