How about a challenge? It's recommended we get in 10,000 steps each day. Most Americans are closer to 5,000. I realize not everyone has a pedometer, but this is something fun to track if you do, and a great way to challenge yourself! Aim for 10,000 steps a day, 300,000 for the month, or whatever you can do!! Let's track it all here and see what we can do! Anyone in?
Edit: If you don't have a pedometer, you can track your walking if you go on free sites like mapmyfitness.com or runkeeper.com, and log those miles here!
