I am Betty..a stay at home mom. March 6th I started to work out adn I have stuck with it and I have not slacked off like I normally do. My husband is very supportive. When I see the pounds and inches coming off it is a big motivator for me and the support from my husband is a big motivator. My kids also I tell them mommy lost another pounds and my oldest who is 9 she gives me this big high five. It is great to have all this support. I want to lose 53 pounds. I want to be the weight I was when I first met my husband 172 pounds.

thank you..I did banish fat boost metabolism today and I have been good and have not touched the kids easter candy. I didnt over eat during dinner...=)

I am down 8 1/2 pounds now. Tomorrow I am starting P90X. My sister who does P90X is going to be starting with me. So we can kinda keep each other on track. I just cant really go by the meal plan right now. So I am going to just continue counting calories and staying with my calorie goal for the day.

weight 213 ( 12 pounds down)

I have to check my measurments tomorrow.

I have a goal of being down 15 pounds by May 19th...and if I reach that goal before then, then I will probably up it to 20 pounds...=)

weight 211.5 ( 13.5 pounds down)

I am down 4 pounds since I started p90x 13 days ago.

Today when I was at the store with my kids and husband my hsubadn went off to get something and he came back and he said that my diet is working for me and he really notices it...=) I told him that means a lot to me. I put on a pair a pants I had not worn since last year when they didnt fit me too good and they are loose on me and I have to keep pulling them up...=)

I decided to  take a pic last night since I weighed mysefl last night and found I am now own 14 pounds
