Just curious as to what your thoughts on Weight Watchers are. I haven't paid much attention to it but it seems as if the program has great results and lots of people are satisfied with it. Is anyone currently using this program? Thinking of looking into it to help me with my eating habits/exercise.

I use WW online to track my food and it works great for me!  It's a points program and the points values are based off fat, fiber, carbs, and protein and NOT calories as our bodies process calories differently.  For example, 100 calories in a banana and 100 calories in a beer aren't the same.  The program has been very good for me as I have history of an eating disorder and this way of tracking my food allows me to have treats but to make sure I'm eating the proper healthy foods each day.  Good luck!

I am on WW. It's been a great program for me. I just do the online program. My mom goes to the mtgs. They an app that is easy to use for tracking food & activities. I was annoyed with counting points for abt the first wk. But I got used to it and now it's almost 2nd nature. Try it!

I don't understand why people pay to count their own calories.

I personally don't do ww but I am the kind of person that needs to know exactly what she is eating and I find their dinners do that for me.  I have seen many people with great success with ww.

I used it several years ago and like it.  However, once they changed to the new points system I couldn't figure it all out and I got frustrated so I stopped using it.
