Size 24 jeans



Methods: Weight Watchers and increase physical activity.

Goals:

To reach 200 by July 1st, 2012
To reach 188 by August 1st, 2012
To reach 178 by September 1st, 2012
To reach 169 by October 1st, 2012
To reach 159 by November 1st, 2012
To reach goal of 154 by December 1st, 2012!

So I'm off to a great start. I'm on day six of Weight Watchers. The first three days were really hard, appetite wise. I felt hungry all day. But I didn't give in and by day four, I was more satisfied after meals. Now, I am full after them. =)

I am nursing, but haven't added on the fourteen extra points I am allowed. I feel like nothing changed when I eat almost 50 points a day... If my milk supply goes down ans herbal remedies don't work, I will up my points.

I am noticing a little more tightness on my belly. I have a lot from having two kids and it's that gross hangy fat. I hope it goes away fast.

I also hope my bust size goes down. I'm not even sure thats possible, but a girl can dream.

Haven't had anything (other than fruit) that isn't prepackaged by Weight Watchers. No popcorn at the movies, no candy or potatoes on Easter. I am very proud of my will power!

This morning I was stuck in a meeting till one and didn't get a chance to eat from 7am to 1pm. I got home and nuked a Smart ones meal, plus ate a bag of 2pt baked chips. Amazingly enough, its almost 5 and I am not at all hungry.

Safe to say that my stomach has shrunk! Yay. And I have decided to chill out with toning exersizes for now so I can lose more weight. I'll still do some, just not quite as much. And (per someone's suggestion here) I am going to up my cardio.

And this is my mental note to myself to DRINK MORE WATER, DAMN IT!!!

Haven't cheated at all! Very proud of myself. As requested on here, I'm starting to switch myself off of Smart Ones meals. Yay. And I need to focus more on excersising.

14 pounds down, a lot more to go!

I can see a big difference. Would like to walk more but I'm not brave enough to take my hellion children alone...... Been doing a lot of toning and core exercises. Hoping to lose at least ten in May.

May 7th.

I have reached a mini goal and am down 20 pounds!! Yay! So at 222lbs. Long way to go, but I haven't cheated. Haven't even felt tempted!

Okay, I take that back, I licked the rest of the peanut butter off the knife after making a pbj for my son. But it wasn't enough to worry about. I just love PB. =)
