I use the cardio trainer app and mfp to log all my stuff. But the count on calories burned is always different? Any idea which I should go by?

And also if anybody knows, should I put Billys Bootcamp Cardio Inferno in mfp as aerobics or circuit training? Or something totally diff??

I'm not sure what cardio trainer app is (but I'm going to go look now lol) I know that mfp is notorious for giving back too many calories. The only way to be sure is with a heart rate monitor. Not sure what that workout is either. sorry!

I don't know anything about the cardio trainer app, but I would say with the Billy Blanks workout to use aerobics when you log it.  I would use circuit training when you do strength training or light cardio.  Make sense?

Mfp does give me more back! I usually use cardio trainers count bc I would rather be under than over so I push myself a little more. But I would like to get whats right too, ya know!? lol
