It's usually ball season that sneaks up on me before I have time to prepare... but THIS year, I did a whole bunch of pre-season training, and have actually become stronger and faster! And, the first 8-games-in-a-weekend umpiring I did a few weeks ago, I could still walk the next day.

I was stiff, and knew I'd been working hard all weekend --but that was it! A huge improvement over last year!

I do still have goals, though, and I'll definitely be working through this program for what I can get out of it!
