Hello! my name is Isabel ....

I have been wanting to lose weight for over 7 years, and I just lose some and gain some... I always state my plan to my family and friends and they say " I can do it" but they make it seem so simple... its not! I think I have a long road ahead of me ... This time I want to attempt to lose weight by actually exercising not starving myself !...


I am now 5' 7 and 285 lbs.... 

This is me Saturday April 14,2012


:D I need to get in shape pronto... I do not want to be thin or slim but muscular...

Your ideal calorie range is 1206-2395 calories per day to lose 1 lb per week. 

Is that right? or did you mean 2106- 2395

yes... 2106...silly fingers... got in a hurry..,my cookies for tonight were beeping at me so I was rushing through it... 

2106-2395 is correct.
