my husband and I started a weight loss challenge on febuary 1st because he won an all expenses paid trip to the bahama's through his job. I started at 205lbs now I'm down to 184lbs 21 pounds total. my problem is I'm having trouble keeping it off I bounce between 190lbs and 184 and I'm having trouble getting below 184 my doctor says my ideal weight for my age and height is 157 that is my goal. I'm lactose intolerant and I have a wheat and gluten allergy. I eat fresh fruits and veggies all natural and all organic I don't consume a lot of caffeine I drink a ton of water and I exercise daily. part of the problem is I'm hungry 24/7 I never get full, I have had my thyroid checked and they checked blood work and checked me for a tape worm nothing I'm healthy. I also battle with cravings that consume me and no matter how hard I try I can't fight them. I would love any suggestions or advice on how to battle my cravings and suppress my appetite also I'm an emotional eater when I'm stressed or depressed or angry I need some positive outlets and tools to use instead of eating any suggestions? I went on the internet and googled natural suppressants and things to detox and help fight cravings and found a lot of interesting stuff that I'm trying and putting into practice but again would love advice hints suggestions thanks so much!!
