Or is it water weight? I've been really watching my calories and staying in my range ( the lower end). Yesterday I weighed 214, today I weigh 218!! How horribly discouraging :(. I know you aren't supposed to weigh every day but until today it's been keeping my cravings and goals in check. If I'm up a little I eat a little less the next day, if I'm down I feel it's ok to go a tiny bit higher with my calories that day. Right now I'm just a little depressed because I've been so diligent.
