Advice needed please

Okay so we have a gym membership but money is getting tight so we have to cancel them. I need advice on exercising at home. At the gym I do Zumba, walk/run on a treadmill and a few other things. So what can I do at home that will help me lose weight?

Walking is free, riding a bike playing with your kids are all good ways to stay in shape AND have fun.

P90x is all you need a hour a day and it will kick your butt

If you have access to Netflix, you can stream workouts there....youtube has them as does On Demand. 

www.hundredpushups.com is a great challenge. There are links to a squats and situps challenge as well. 

You could also go for walks, dance with the kids, play tag, have races with the kids, do c25k which trains you to run a 5k in 9 weeks ( www.coolrunning.com). DVDs can be fairly affordable as well- there are tons at Walmart for $10 or less. You could invest in a few of those an rotate through them. This is what many of us in the group have done. I rotate through Beachbody programs and I'm a long distance runner.

Walk/jog at your local parks and you can also purchase fitness dvds

Walking outside

Running outside

Zumba on DVD or a game system

Getting a few select weights or bands to do some at-home strength training

Outdoor biking (if you have a bike)

...or maybe check Craigslist for a used treadmill for at home
