I started 30 day shred April 20.

Weight. 137
Height. 5'8"
Chest. 34
Waist. 32
Hips. 36
Thighs. 22
Calves. 13.5
Arms. 10.5

My goal is to lose at least 15lbs within the next 3 months in order to look amazing in a bikini on the beaches of florida. Vacation starts July 13 :)

Will reweigh and measure at the end of each level every 10 days to see results and post differences if any.

Did day 7 of shred today still doing level 1. Noticed its much easier and I don't get sore anymore. I only missed 1 day was too sick to workout otherwise haven't taken any other breaks. Thinking about moving on to level 2 tomorrow can't wait to see what else she has in store. Hope its not more pushups those are the worst.
