Can someone calculate my BMI? I'm 5'4", 222 lbs & am 33 yrs old. Thank you in advance.

That would be BMR...

BMR: 1766

Maintenance while working out 3-5 days per week: 1766*1.55=2737

To lose  1 lb per week: 2737-500=2237

Your ideal calorie range is 1766-2237 calories per day to lose 1 lb per week.

Van you please do my bmr for me? I googled it, but i'm confused about how much I should eat to lose weight. I am 24yrs old, 4'11 & 153lbs.
