I don't know when I'm going to exercise or what I'm going to do. My 2 yr old niece has been here since 6:30. I just got oldest dd off to school. Youngest dd goes to pre-k in about a hour. I then have 2 1/2 hrs til I pick her up and then another 3 hrs after that I pick up oldest dd and a hour after that we have Tball practice and about 30 minutes after its over my BIL will pick up my niece and then another hour and the kids go to bed. At some point I've got to run into town and get a few groceries to last until my big grocery trip. I'd like to do it while you fest dd is at preK but it really depends if my niece is ready for her nap then or not. Okay I'm rambling.... Sorry!

What I'm going to TRY to do is while niece naps do 30 minutes or so on my bike and then tonight after kids go to bed do 5 circuits of NMTZ. Whether any of that happens is yet to be seen!

I did the 5:30AM Boot Camp class at my gym.  It's an hour-long class.  I burned 633 calories.
