I started Monday and had to rest yesterday, i was very sore lol but i got it done today! I noticed i already didn't have to stop and rest for 5 seconds as much, i still hate push ups and get even do the girl y ones, lol i can do maybe 5-6 then i have to rest

Well i have started by changing diet...NO SODA, NO FAST FOOD, tons of water. Lots of fruits and veggies, i love making fruit/veggie smoothies. Also trying to eat as fresh as possible and i have the my fitness pal app on my phone to help count calories
