7-Day Summer Shape-up, Day 7: Stay Motivated

Staying motivated is half the battle of losing weight -- at least for me. I have a tough time working out without music, so I'm forever updating my playlist. (Not gonna lie, "Sexy and I Know It" is a staple!) Thinking of Olympic athletes who train super hard motivates me to get up in the morning to work out. I even use mantras like "no pain, no gain," or think about the buzz I'll have -- all day! -- after a great workout.

Here are a few ideas that might come in handy when you're feeling less than motivated:

My motivation is just my health. I want to be healthier more than I want to be skinnier. I want to have more energry. and a smaller clothe size is just a plus :)

Muse is always on my playlist.  I am motivated by my need to do better than the day before.

Wut motivates me everyday is my son. I don't use music I use DVDs

My 20 high school is my motivation , but I also listen to music while working out

I think about how it will feel to be skinny. I also have a picture of Pauley Perrette, because I would like to be skinny like her.

Dont really have a playlist, usually just kick on the radio to some 80's music and jam out with my princess! She is my motivation. I dont want her to be ashamed of me when she is older.
