BMR help please?

Nursing my 11 month old. Please add the 500 he is a hungry boy.

So I reduced my calories and my milk supply is suffering. I have been eating 2500 calories the last few days and it is helping. Just wanting to make sure I am within range. I work out 3 times a week. If that is figured in then do I not eat my exercise calories back? Or can you figure it without and I just eat them back?

This is so flustraiting while nursing.

BMR: 1635+500 (BFing)=2135

Maintenance while working out 3-5 days per week: 2135*1.55=3309

To lose 1 lb per week: 3309-500=2809

Your ideal calorie range while BFING and working out 3-5 days per week is 2135-2809 calories per day to lose 1 lb per week. 

If you stick within that range you do NOT need to eat them back. If you use numbers from MFP or SP, you will need to eat them back.
