I DID IT!!!

When I began this weight loss journey in January, my chest size was a 40D. In February, I needed a new sportsbra, so I bought one - it was a size 38D. On Monday I was working out and realized my sports bra was too big - I was in the treadmill bouncing all over the place!! LOL! Today I went to Walmart to buy another sportsbra...IN A SIZE 36C!!!!! I haven't been a C in about 10 years!! When I met my hubby at 16 years old, I was a 32C!! I'm almost to the same size as when I was 16 years old!!!! WOOOHOOOOOO!!!!! Super duper stoked so just had to share!!!! =)

Ok, seriously....I'm jealous.  I'm sitting close to a 40DD and really need to lose some.  I'm restarting working out again.  Did you focus mainly on Cardio or did you do alot of upper body Strength Training as well?

Nice!! I'm a 34DD and the boobs are always the. Rey very last thing to go. Last time I got out of the Ds was when I was 18 and weighed 106 lbs I was a 32C but I was literally skin and bones! Soooo wish my boobs would just shrink! Lol

LOL! I do a lot of cardio, but I incorporate strength training as well. I do a minimum of 1/2 hour on the treadmill (or more recently I've been walking with my neighbor for 45 minutes and we do 2 miles) and then I do either an abs/arm workout or legs/bum workout. The only day I don't do strength training is Sunday, but I do cardio 7 days a week.  =)
